Mediterranean Heating & Air Conditioning was founded by Chuck Gardner in 1968 in his garage in Granada Hills, CA. With a simple investment of a few thousand dollars and a storefront on Ventura Blvd, Chuck had begun a business that, 43 years later, has become the most well recognized and awarded home services company in Southern California. Chuck was truly a visionary, and Mediterranean has provided home energy solutions since the 1970’s that many companies still don’t offer to their clientele even today.
Today Mediterranean is still the family owned business that it always was; Chuck’s son Mike is now the President. Mike is a two-term board member of ACCA (Air Conditioning Contractors of America), and is the former President of IHACHI (Institute of Heating & Air Conditioning Industries).
