2011 has gotten off to an exciting start for us at Mediterranean, as we recently completed our purchase of Air King Heating and Air Conditioning in Simi Valley.
Since 1971, Air King had served the heating and cooling needs of Ventura County families with an A+ Better Business Bureau rating and a large clientele devoted for 40 years to their brand. With expansion plans in mind for this year, Mediterranean decided that Air King gave us a logical first step to this year’s growth plans, while having an opportunity to offer Air King clients quite a few service and installation products that they didn't have prior to the purchase. This acquisition makes Mediterranean the largest residential service and installation company operating in Ventura County. A proud achievement for us, and certainly some peace of mind for our clients.
Mediterranean now operates a Ventura County Service Center to serve our Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Agoura Hills, Malibu, Simi Valley, Camarillo, Oxnard, and Ventura coastal clients. Our Canoga Park service center serves our Los Angeles County clients.
Between the 40 years that Air King served this area, and the 43 years that Mediterranean has served this region, no other company in Southern California can compare to the strength of 83 years of satisfied clients served in heating and cooling service and replacement. We are happy to know that the long time Air King clients are now being taken care of by a company matched in their longevity. And stay tuned......we aren't done growing yet!!
